My Story

Note Buyer Robb Krautbauer, Founder of Mountain View Investors, Inc.

I’m a recovered sales junkie with a passion to do my part to fix the local housing crisis. In 2011, after spending most of my adult life in some kind of sales and/or sales management capacity, I knew it was time to do something big. Something for myself, my family and for the local community.

With my wife, Penny I started Mountain View Investors (for the wonderful view we have of the Sandia Mountains from our home), a real estate and note buying investing company in 2010. After the great recession there are a lot of families that desperately need help with their personal housing situation. Now we are one of New Mexico’s premier real estate investment companies.
